1. Go to your App Preferences by clicking on the person icon in the top right-hand corner.
2. Select Charging locations and then click the location where you’d like to add a tariff.
3. Select “Add new tariff +”
4. Enter the Supplier, a Name for the tariff, the Valid from date and the Time zone
5. Add the rate
6. Click “Save Changes” followed by “Save tariff”

1. Click on “New departure”
2. Enter your required State of Charge (SoC)
3. Enter your Departure date and time
4. Click Save

You can add multiple departures for different dates and times by going to the Events area of your App and clicking on the + button in the bottom right-hand corner.

To reset your password, please click ‘Forgot your password?’ and follow the instructions on screen to reset it.

1.  Go to your App Preferences by clicking on the person icon in the top right-hand corner
2. Select “Unlink my vehicle”. This will stop all control from the App allowing charging to start straight away when you plug in without the need for a schedule.

Please note, to re-link your vehicle, you will need to repeat the onboarding process, signing in with your vehicle manufacturer login credentials.
