Tesla delivers vehicles in batches approximately 4 times per year. Once the vehicle arrives in the UK, it will be matched to a Reservation Number (RN) and from this point you will receive delivery updates via text message.
As your vehicle will be owned by the funder, the vehicle will not show up in your online account as it will remain linked to the funder’s master Tesla account. However, within 24 hours of delivery you will be given driver access to the vehicle via the mobile app.
If your vehicle is not showing in your app, there are a couple of things to check:
Have you signed your Tesla delivery declaration? You should have received this via email from Tesla. If you have already signed this, you can move to the next step! If you have not received this email, give us a call on 01628 899 727.
Is the email address you are using for your account the same as the one you provided to us at point of order? If your email address is not the same, give us a call on 01628 899727 and we’ll swap it over for you.
