Arrangement fee

You will be required to pay our arrangement fee of £234 (inc. VAT). The arrangement fee is our fee for processing your order, arranging the credit facility and organising delivery of your new car or van. The arrangement fee is payable upon the issuing of contracts to you. The payment of the arrangement fee will be via Stripe if you are a retail or micro business. If you are a Business Customer, you will receive an invoice from DriveElectric via email with information on how to pay.

In the event of cancellation, your arrangement fee is non-refundable, unless the reason for cancellation complies with clause 2.6 of our Broker Service Agreement.

Cancellations

If an order is cancelled the arrangement fee is non-refundable as per the above paragraph. There may also be further cancellation charges applied and details of these charges can be found in our Terms and Conditions and our Broker Service Agreement.

High value vehicles

For vehicles with a purchase price over £50,000 you may be required to pay a £1,000 deposit to secure your order. The deposit amount is fully refundable at point of delivery. In the event you cancel your order with us, your deposit amount may not be refunded to you. Your deposit payment should be transferred to:
