About the Kia E-Niro 2 Lease
The Kia E-Niro is a multi-award-winning, all-electric SUV that won ‘Car of the year’ back in 2019, as well as Best Electric Car 2020. It is similar in style to the popular Hyundai Kona Electric lease option and comes packed full of new technology. This electric car lease has plenty of space for passengers and luggage, it is a perfect choice for anyone looking to make the switch to electric motoring.
Battery and range
The Kia E-Niro Lease comes with 2 battery options 39kWh and 64kWh. This E-Niro’s 64kWh capacity battery is capable of up to 283 miles (WLTP) pure electric driving range. We estimate this realistically translates into 230 miles of ‘real world’ range, depending on driving style and weather conditions. You can learn more about electric vehicle range in our handy guide: Everything you need to know about electric vehicle range.
Charging the Kia E-Niro
Kia E-Niro uses type 2 and CCS charging connections (the European standard). On a home 7kW wall box charger, this EV can charge from flat to full in just over 10 hours. The E-Niro rapid charges via a CCS connector (commonly found at motorway service stations) and can be quickly topped up to 80% in around 45 minutes.
