About This Vehicle
First introduced in 2010 the Nissan LEAF has become a hugely popular electric car worldwide. Not in it’s second generation body the LEAF has been designed specifically for a lithium-ion battery-powered chassis. The newest model (released in 2018) is a medium-size hatchback that comfortably seats five adults.
The ‘N-connecta‘ trim is a mid level option, and our personal preference for value for money with a quality feel. LEAF N-connecta is beautifully equipped with all the features needed for a comfortable and efficient drive. Including hated seats and steering wheel to keep you warm in the UK’s chilly winter months, as well as privacy glass and electric folding door mirrors.
The new model LEAF’s larger 40kWh battery has an official range of up to 168 miles WLTP (our real-world driving estimate is 150 miles) on a single charge.
Despite it’s bigger battery this LEAF has more boot space than the previous model, 435 litres where was only 370 litres of capacity before.
