These Terms and Conditions apply to the DriveElectric Fleet Data Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”).
By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter is DriveElectric, a trading name of Fleetdrive Management Limited, an Appointed Representative of our parent company Jurni Ltd, whose registered office and trading address is Tamarisk House, North Leigh Business Park, North Leigh, Witney, Oxfordshire OX29 6SW (the “Promoter”).
2.1 The Prize Draw is open to invited DriveElectric customers who:
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agencies, suppliers or any other person professionally connected with the Prize Draw, together with members of their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Entry is limited to one entry per organisation.
2.4 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.
3.1 The Prize Draw opens at 12:00 on 12 October 2026.
3.2 The Prize Draw closes at 12:00 on 30 November 2026 (the “Closing Date”).
3.3 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.
4.1 To enter the Prize Draw, eligible customers must click the link provided in the promotional email and complete and submit the DriveElectric fleet data form during the Promotional Period.
4.2 The required information must be completed accurately and submitted before the Closing Date.
4.3 No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
4.4 Only one entry per organisation is permitted.
4.5 Entries which are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, automatically generated or otherwise do not comply with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.
4.6 No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected or not successfully submitted due to technical, communications or other issues outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
5.1 There is one prize available.
5.2 The prize is a Amazon gift voucher, with a total value of £100.
5.3 The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
5.4 There is no cash alternative to the prize.
5.5 Any terms, expiry dates or usage restrictions imposed by the gift voucher provider will also apply.
5.6 If, for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received before the Closing Date.
6.2 The draw will take place on 2 December 2026 at approximately 12:00.
6.3 The winner will be selected using a random number formula within a spreadsheet containing the valid eligible entries.
6.4 The Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure that the winner selection process is fair and capable of verification.
7.1 The winner will be contacted using the contact details held by DriveElectric.
7.2 The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email within two working days of the draw taking place.
7.3 The Promoter may ask the winner to provide information reasonably required to verify their identity and eligibility.
7.4 The winner must respond to the Promoter within 14 days of the first notification.
7.5 The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner and may make up to three contact attempts during this period.
7.6 If the winner:
the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
7.7 Any alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining valid eligible entries using the same selection process.
8.1 The prize will be provided to the winner within 14 days of the winner successfully confirming acceptance and eligibility.
8.2 The winner is responsible for providing accurate information required for prize fulfilment.
8.3 The Promoter will not be responsible for any delay in providing the prize where the delay is caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
9.1 The Promoter may be required to make available information which demonstrates that a valid award took place.
9.2 The Promoter may therefore make available the surname and county of the winner to anyone who reasonably requests this information within 12 months of the Closing Date.
9.3 The winner may object to their surname and/or county being published or made available. Where a winner objects, the Promoter may still be required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another relevant regulatory authority.
10.1 Personal information provided in connection with the Prize Draw will be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize.
10.2 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the DriveElectric Privacy Policy, available at:

10.3 Personal information collected specifically for the administration of the Prize Draw will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes unless the entrant has separately consented to receive such communications or another lawful basis applies.
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it reasonably believes that:
11.2 The Promoter’s decision in relation to eligibility and the administration of the Prize Draw will be final, subject to applicable law.
12.1 If circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control make it necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend, amend or cancel the Prize Draw.
12.2 Where reasonably possible, the Promoter will seek to minimise any disadvantage caused to entrants.
12.3 Any material changes to the Prize Draw will be communicated to entrants by email.
13.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
13.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
14.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14.3 Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights they may have under applicable law.
