For charging, the eSprinter supports both AC and DC charging. When equipped for rapid DC charging, the 81kWh battery can charge from 10–80% in around 34 minutes under suitable conditions, with charging power of up to 115kW. Actual charging times depend on the charging equipment, battery temperature and other conditions.
For most businesses, overnight charging at a depot, workplace or home will provide the most convenient way to keep the eSprinter ready for the next working day, with rapid charging useful when additional range is required during longer journeys.
