Commission Disclosure Policy

Great news that you’ve chosen your finance product and vehicle! Before you proceed to the next stage, completing a finance application form, we want to make a disclosure to you because we believe in an open and honest relationship with our stakeholders.

We work with a carefully selected panel of funders, who provide finance solutions to our customers. We only provide products and pricing from this panel so we don’t search the entire market for pricing or alternative funding routes which may be available to you. We won’t offer advice, but we’ll present clear, concise information to ensure you have all the necessary details to understand how our products and services work for you and to help you make an informed decision and achieve your desired outcome.

As we embark on our journey together, we want to be transparent about how we earn our money which allows us to support our dedicated team who in turn ensure that you receive an amazing experience today, tomorrow, next week, next month, next year and into your next vehicle. If you decide to enter into the finance agreement that you’ve chosen, we will receive a commission from the funder for introducing you to them. This is our main source of income. Commission may be a fixed amount or a discretionary amount within a band pre-determined by the funder, or capped as a percentage of the vehicle’s taxable list price for hire agreements and will be a fixed percentage of the vehicle price pre-determined by the finance company for a purchase agreement. The commission amount is included in the finance agreement and the higher the amount of commission, the more you will pay to hire or purchase your vehicle. We may also receive additional income from a funder based on performance against standards and customer satisfaction or by way of marketing support, from vehicle suppliers and/or manufacturers and from providers of additional ancillary products and services which they may share with us.

We’ll always offer you fair value for the service and outcome that you receive and being open and transparent, we’ve detailed below what we will earn if you decide to go ahead with us! We’ll need you to sign this Commission Disclosure and Consent Form before proceeding with your order. You may also be asked to sign a similar form for the finance company.

Finance Commission

This is the commission that we will receive for introducing you to the finance company who is one of our panel of funders.  This amount will match the amount shown on the funder’s commission disclosure and consent form

Manufacturer Finance Commission

This is the commission that we will receive for introducing you to the vehicle manufacturer’s finance company. This amount may not match the amount shown on the funder’s commission disclosure and consent form as what we receive from the dealer may be made up of the commission that the dealer receives from the funder and/or the dealer’s profit in the sale of the vehicle

Service and Maintenance Commission

This is the additional commission that we will receive from the finance company or from Upkeep Jurni for a service and maintenance package if included in your contract

Funder Support

This is an additional income that we will receive from the finance company for support with marketing or for achieving certain standards set by them

Chassis Commission

This is the commission that we will receive from the dealership or Manufacturer for the supply of the vehicle

Ancillary Product or Service Commission

This is the commission that we will receive from a third-party supplier of an ancillary product or service that you have chosen

Total Income

The total commission that we will receive based on income which is known.

In addition we may also receive the following income:

Potential Funder Support

This is the additional income that we may receive from the finance company providing we achieve certain standards set by the funder including administration and customer satisfaction and positive outcomes

Volume Chassis Commission

This is the commission that we may receive from the dealership or manufacturer for the supply of the vehicle based on delivery of a target number of vehicles

Commission and other income that we receive is not shown as an additional charge in your finance agreement but is included in the Total Rentals Payable or Total Amount Payable.
