We automatically pay parking fines on your behalf, and then recharge them to you.
Travelling in and out of London?
From 25 December 2025, the Cleaner Vehicle Discount for the London Congestion Charge ended. This means electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles are now subject to the standard daily Congestion Charge when driving within the charging zone.
If you plan to drive in central London, you must pay the daily charge via the Transport for London (TfL) website to avoid receiving a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).
Please note:
- The Congestion Charge is separate from the ULEZ.
- Fully electric vehicles remain exempt from ULEZ charges but must still pay the Congestion Charge.
