DriveElectric launches new EV package to cut motoring costs

At DriveElectric, we know that switching to an electric car should be simple, affordable, and rewarding. That’s why we’ve introduced a new package in partnership with EDF that combines car leasing, home charging, and the UK’s best value EV energy tariff. Together, these elements can help drivers save almost £700 in the first year of driving electric.

What’s included?

Your EV, your way
Lease a brand-new electric car through DriveElectric and choose to add a Pod Point Solo 3S home charger* as part of your agreement.
Cheaper charging at home
By moving to EDF’s GoElectric tariff, our customers can enjoy significant savings compared to a standard electricity tariff, worth around £316 a year.
Smart charging for even more savings
EDF’s Smart Charging option allows your car to top up automatically at the cheapest off-peak times. This can add another £239–£251 of savings annually.
5,000 miles of free driving
To make the switch even easier, EDF also provides a £130 account credit for DriveElectric customers who take up the GoElectric tariff. That’s the equivalent of around 5,000 miles of free electric motoring.
