Hyundai IONIQ 9: UK Pricing and Specs Revealed
Hyundai Motor UK has announced full pricing and specifications for the all-new IONIQ 9, a large electric SUV designed to offer long-range capability, spacious comfort, and cutting-edge technology. Available to order in the UK later this year, the IONIQ 9 starts from £64,995 and becomes Hyundai’s largest and most premium electric model to date.
With up to 385 miles of range (WLTP), seating for up to seven passengers, and Hyundai’s first AI-powered voice assistant, the Hyundai IONIQ 9 brings serious practicality and performance to the all-electric SUV market, and it's absolutely ready to be your new favourite electric SUV. We're talking premium comfort and oodles of space, perfect for the family to stretch out on those longer drives.
Powerful Range and Rapid Charging
All IONIQ 9 models come equipped with a large 110kWh battery, with the entry-level RWD 218PS model delivering the longest range at 385 miles (WLTP). A dual-motor 307PS AWD version offers more grip and acceleration, while a top-tier 427PS Performance AWD variant delivers 0–62 mph in just 5.2 seconds.
Thanks to Hyundai’s 800V electric architecture, the IONIQ 9 supports ultra-fast charging, taking the battery from 10% to 80% in as little as 24 minutes using a 350kW public charger.
