Email Prize Draw Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Promoter:

The promoter of this email prize draw giveaway is Fleetdrive Management Ltd, trading as DriveElectric, with its registered office located at Harleyford Marina, Henley Road, Marlow, Buckinghamshire, SL7 2DX. (referred to as "the Promoter").

Eligibility:

1. The email prize draw giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally associated with the prize draw.

2. By entering this prize draw, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

Entry Period:

1. The competition will run weekly during the month of September and may be stopped at any time.

How to Enter:

1. To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the form linked to email and must be subscribed to the DriveElectric newsletter before 23/08/2023.

2. Only one entry per person per week is allowed. Any additional entries will be disqualified.

Prize:

1. The prize for each weekly competition period is 1x £25 Costa Coffee voucher.

2. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value at its sole discretion.

Winner Selection:

1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each weekly competition period.

2. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the end of each competition period. The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim their prize. If no response is received within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Delivery of Prize:

1. The Costa Coffee voucher will be delivered to the winner's email address within 28 days of the winner confirming their details and claiming the prize.

2. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay in delivery of the prize.

Publicity:

1. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the Promoter's use of their name and image in any publicity material related to the prize draw and for any promotional or marketing purposes.

Data Protection:

1. Personal information provided by participants during entry will be used in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Promoter's website.

General:

1. The Promoter's decision regarding all matters relating to the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

2. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside the Promoter's control.

3. The prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

By entering the prize draw, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
