With a new generation Kangoo E-tech launched in 2022, Renault has taken all the great stuff we saw in the earlier electric Kangoo ZE and improved every aspect of the zero tailpipe emissions van.
At the heart of the new van is an upgraded 45kWh (useful) battery pack, which has a real world range of around 140 miles on a full charge, and linked to a single 90kW electric motor. As with all electric vehicles, there are no clunky gears to deal with, acceleration is brisk and super-smooth and you really feel the benefit of the electric powertrain in heavy, stop-start traffic.
