As part of our strategic plan we are investing heavily in technology, products and data functions that will help to scale our business exponentially. To help us on this exciting journey we are looking to hire a competent Analyst Developer who can work collaboratively across the business to lead the optimisation of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation which is fundamental to our back and front office operations.
Reporting to our Head of Product & Business Improvement you will play a key role in the significant change that is underway for our technical environment, helping fully integrate and extend our Dynamics 365 implementation. The role will require both strategic thinking and hands-on development, working directly with subject matter experts and in cross functional teams to first understand then prioritise and respond to broad and varied business challenges. You will be required to align process and functional design activities, creating and reviewing functional requirements as an input to application design, facilitating analysis workshops across the business to understand needs and develop execution plans for delivery. You will need to document and analyse complex business processes, reviewing deliverables against anticipated outcomes and ensuring the provision of effective training and support to ensure systems and our CRM processes are effective in helping us to scale our business exponentially.
