Gnewt Cargo use electric commercial vehicles to move items around city centres and to provide the first and last touch-points for items on their journey from one city to another. Gnewt want to make our cities nicer places to be with less pollution.
We sourced the right electric vehicles for Gnewt so they could provide an an environmentally conscious service which is increasingly in demand from their customers. Running a fleet of zero emission vehicles ensures both Gnewt and all their clients’ businesses are future proofed.
In addition, 100% of Gnewt’s drivers support their electric fleet, emphasising it is great for stop / start journeys, no clunky gear changes and quiet.
Gnewt and DriveElectric’s work with electric vehicle solutions proved so successful that in 2017 Gnewt succeeded in attracting funding from the Mayor of London to run a commercial electric vehicle trial. The trial is set to run until the end of May 2019 and will evaluate the performance, impact and commercial viability of using electric vehicles for last-mile deliveries in central London.
